Had my 3rd body composition scan on the weekend. I was a little unsure what the results were going to be like after being in isolation, but was happy to learn that my muscle mass is increasing, and body fat % is decreasing! I love having access to such accurate information to verify whether we’re on track with our fitness journey.. and it shows that the scales don’t always show us the whole picture! Last week we kicked of a corporate 12 Week Challenge for 50 people. Steve and Fitness Key arranged scans for all of our participants, both as a large group and additional scans for those who couldnt make the first. The whole process was been seamless, particularly as our numbers climbed from 20 to 30 and through to 50. The analysis of the InBody scans was in-depth and has definitely motivated the team as we get under way. The whole process from the start has been professional and we have a midway scan and final scan booked for the whole group. We highly recommend Steve and his services for professional, flexible, knowledgeable and high quality information that can be gained from his experience and the incredible tools he uses via InBody.

Wowza!! Steve aka Scanman Steve is a man with a wealth of knowledge. If you haven’t had a body scan by Steve then you haven’t had a scan yet. His banter is grand and always makes you feel relaxed while getting your scans done, because it can be quite confronting getting to know more about your body! Plus you can’t beat the fact the he comes complete in his van, so it’s super easy, cosy and fun while he educates you on what is and is not important in the numbers you receive from your scan! Awesome awesome awesome!

The first time a body scan was mentioned to me my first thought was no way! I had a vision of old school calipers and standing in my undies!! Lol. So far from the truth. Since getting the body scan, it's helped me so much to know what to focus on in my training. I had no idea there was an imbalance between my left and right sides. It also set my mind at ease to know that there was no problem with visceral fat and hydration levels. There was so much great information and direction I got out of doing the scan and discussing the results with Steve, I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to know their true state of health. It's incredibly accurate.

couldn't recommend getting your scans done here more! i have had a couple of scans done but never fully understood what all the results meant. steve took heaps of time out to explain in lots of detail what all of my results meant. Steve gave me advice individualised to me to get the best results for the next scan!

Steve's extensive medical knowledge and experience puts him in a great position to give practical advice to everyone that has one of his scans. All of this is delivered with a smile and a ready joke. By adjusting my food plan according to his recommendation I have seen my body fat reduce and muscle mass increase.

Steve was great! This scan was a lot more thorough than other scans I've had done before. The machine was able to tell you more information and was more accurately tested. Steve spent quality time explaining everything too. Thanks Steve 😀

I have had a scan done numerous times. Steve has a lot of knowledge and with his assistance I have been able to shed over 15kg of fat whilst managing to increase my muscle mass. Really does take the guess work out of it and provides accurate information that can help, when normal scales would have discouraged instead.

Just went to see steve for an analysis. I had one done a year or so ago from another provider and it was nowhere near as detailed as this one. Nor did I receive a detailed summary and interpretation guide that explains the results in plain language. Steves passion and dedication is clearly on display for all to see. This is a business going places and if you are serious about your fitness or even just your health in general, book in a scan. You won't regret it.
